FEI established a Permanent Observatory on Food Education, which responds to the need to share objectives, data and information about the many educational activities proposed and developed for, with and by Italian schools.
A list of the projects present in the Observatory, the result of the work done by FEI’s founders and Board members over the course of a few years, is available online to all who register an account at the Foundation’s website.
To access the information on individual projects we ask that you make a small donation supporting the Observatory or participate in the Foundation in some way, following the instructions under the section Participate.
Since early 2014 the Observatory has been enhanced with a further tool, a website area reserved for the Foundation’s members and participants, where they can share and provide visibility to projects carried out by all involved in activities relating to food and nutrition education in schools.
