Publishing

 

FEI’s publishing initiative, focusing entirely on food education, aims to collect, promote and distribute the most significant editorial contributions by members and supporters of the Foundation, compiling them according to specific themes and to the target audience – schools, families, pupils, stakeholders.

When possible, an electronic version of these documents will be available for free, as with the essay written by Marisa Strozzion the evolution of Food Education (1975-2015), published by editor UTET Grandi Opere in the Cultura del Cibo, work directed by Prof. Massimo Montanari.

FEI will also promote food culture initiatives, like the Collezione Anna Di Vittorio, almost a thousand items donated to FEI and available for browsing by the public at the library of Convitto Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza Monte Grappa 5, Rome.
