There are various ways in which individuals, schools, and private and public organizations can participate in and support the Foundation’s activities, becoming:
Private and public institutions can participate in the Foundation as Institutional members.
Becoming Ordinary Member is a first step in participating in the life of the Foundation: simply by paying the yearly membership fee, you contribute to support food education in Italian schools.
If you are a schoolteacher, membership is free: this is our way of welcoming you into the Foundation.
Becoming Supporting member is a way to help the Foundation with its priority projects.
As a Supporting member, you further food education by paying your membership fee and helping to carry out out a project that we will make available to Italian schools with your free and generous contribution.
You can also become a Supporting member by granting us some of time, or through your professional activity.
Becoming Meritorious Member is a way to make a significant contribution to the development of food education in Italian schools.
Meritorious members support food and nutrition education with a two-year membership fee and with a free contribution with which to carry out a project of particular significance in their communities and schools.
It’s also possible to become a Meritorious member by contributing a professional or planning activity of particular relevance to the Foundation.
The Foundation’s Board of Directors examines each Meritorious member application individually, identifying the best mode of collaboration that will maximize the project’ incisiveness.
